Unfortunately I am unable to provide a crisis or a 24 hour service. If you feel that either yourself or another person requires urgent help please click here.
NHS 111 - If you need help urgently for your mental health but it’s not an emergency or if you’re not sure what to do you can also call NHS 111 to talk to a nurse or mental health nurse for support.
All NHS Trusts have a dedicated Crisis Team who work with people who feel they are in crisis. On the Isle of Wight they can be contacted on 01983 522214.
